Are you kidding me? This is ridiculous. Stem cells used in research are retrieved from a stem cell bank. Stem cells comes from blastocysts which cannot develop into embryos or fetuses unless they are implanted in the uterus. So you are not killing any babies to save a life, since the baby does not and cannot exist unless it is implanted in a woman's uterus!

I don't know what you're talking about; parents are still spanking their children! Discipline does not equate with spanking! If parents have lost control of their children, it's because they are spanking them instead of putting forth the effort to find more effective methods of discipline.

Many parents spank because they react, instead of being level-headed and disciplining their children. Spanking only temporarily refrains the child, but it does nothing to correct the behavior.
