Thats the problem with Marvel Fans! Cannot anticipate what a normal human can do. Always compare super powers & freakish ability & has no place for wit & intellegence. Doubt any marvel fan has ever read a batman comic!
For your kind information batsy is always prepared. He would carry an antidote which would normalise spidys mutated f**d up genes and poke him during a close combat. Spidy shall then be the lame nerdy peter parker.
It takes a lot to beat batman whomever it may be human,metahuman,superhuman or a mutated freak!
Batman shall always be Batman with or without costume!

Only a donkey brained could dream that Juggernaught can beat batsy! I bet that nutcase juggernaught wouldn't even able to beat batsy's arch nemesis the Joker! It takes much more to defeat batman above all he has experience of beating Bane, Killer Croc & Solomon Grundy!
