Now about the worms idea I love it. How about you an earthworm inside your underwear, then after a minute put 2 more worms inside for two minutes. Afterwords release them back to their habitat.

Some additional punishments (w/ underwear as outerwear) could be: several wedgies, being tied and tickled which may include between your legs and maybe sleeping in your underwear as well.

If I am in this situation the only the thing I will be wearing is my white cotton briefs. That way I could be more like Mowgli.

Now about my fictional wedgie. I go to this place called Wedgie Wonders Inc. which is small non-profit company that does you guessed it wedgies. Alpha and Beta are men while Gamma is a woman and all of them are adults and have been working at Wedgie Wonders Inc. for a few years now.

Then Beta projects a hologram of an audience witness the wedgie. At first everyone is silent and confused but then Gamma puts in laughter using a built in sound effect. Because everything looks so real I feel highly embarrassed. However this was all part of the plan.

Extra Wedgie I wear either the plaid boxers or the tighty whities (you the reader pick). The trio and I go into a bathroom setting and Alpha and Beta lift me up while Gamma is standing on a latter as she snags my waistband on the stall leaving me hanging for 30 minutes.

Hmm if I could wear anything without being judged, I will wear just underwear. I usually sleep in just my white briefs since that way I will be one step away from being naked.

Now you post a lot of really creative hypothetical situations. But for the last 4 questions my answer will vary. But I will mostly go with: underwear with a blanket over me, Street clothes or shorts with or without a blanket. I have an idea where with wearing underwear with a blanket over me. In this scenario my underpants will be white briefs or plaid boxer shorts. Now suppose my friends mother comes home and my blanket slips off. Do I notice? What is the mother thinking? Etc.

Okay for where you would be tickled why did you put private parts as an option? I mean would you like for someone to tickle you on your breasts and or vagina? If you don't want to be touched somewhere, than it shouldn't be an option. Although I believe that if you touch someone's special areas they get to touch you there back.
