well... there were many ways... my partner (dancing) scissored me one time with a standing headscissor and after only 5 seconds (or so) i saw stars and she had to release me... otherwise she would've put me to sleep...

a friend of me used to sit on my face while watching tv... one time she smothered me out... and i realised it too late so i couldn't do anything against it...
