My car is a C-segment hatchback (here in Europe the B-segment is the biggest selling) with an average 1.6-litre diesel engine, 115bhp and 119g/km CO2 (NEDC Combined). It is not an eco-special (like an ECONetic or BlueMotion). Is it an "eco friendly car"? Or just average for Europe?

Your poll is set up in such a way that non-Americans cannot really answer the questions. How can you expect to find out what the world thinks of America if you ask America? You need to ask the rest of the world.
I would say this sums up what the world thinks of America - it isn't that aware of the rest of us, and isn't that concerned that is isn't aware. It thinks it is the world.
How many of the world's nations compete in the "World Series" of Baseball? I believe it is four less than in Rugby's Six Nations, but the Six Nations sees itself as a regional rather than global competition.
