Hi nicky. Im a bit better today. Ive stopped being sick and im out of bed now but im still not well enough to go out. Im just on the sofa under a blanket. Tims here again looking after me and bringing me drinks cos im so thirsty today i cant stop drinking. Lucky im still wearing my nappies cos i keep needing a wee and ive wet my nappy like 5 times already just this morning. Im so glad tims here to keep changing me. He says its ok to mess my nappy as well if i need to but i dont want to so i get him to take me to the toilet for that. I hope i dont get nappy rash now as well!

Hi nicky. Im sorry you got embarrassed at school. Did you wet yourself or did you just dribble a bit after you went? Im not at school today cos im sick so my cousin tims here looking after me. Hes being really sweet to me looking after me and taking me to the toilet. He had to give me a bath this morning cos im so sick i totally messed my nappy :( i dont like messing myself but ive got the runs and i just couldnt help it. I woke up feeling really sick and i tried to get up to go and my bum just exploded. I wear nappies to bed now cos ive been wetting the bed so much so at least i didnt get the bed dirty but my bum was really messy it was awful. I havent messed myself since i was 9 and i was sick then as well. Tim was really sweet about it and even helped clean my bum for me. Im back in bed now with a nappy on in case it happens again. If i just need a wee i can do it in my nappy but i dont want to mess myself again so tims taking me to the toilet for that.

Ive just had a wee in my knickers like a little girl. Im sitting in a big puddle and my bums all wet and i feel like a 4 year old. Someone tell me its ok.

I normally dont pull my knickers down when i go to the toilet at school. My uniform is a skirt so nobody can see if im a bit wet down there. I cant wet my bed any more cos my mums got me some nappies to wear at night cos i wet the bed so much. Its not the same weeing in a nappy but i still feel like a little kid with a nappy on and thats nice.
