I am a guy who did it (with a female esthestrician sic). I was on my stomach with my upper body lifted up and spread the cheeks of my glutes to expose the $%!@ cleft. It was really an exhilarating experience. It did not hurt too much and for me it was like the ultimate in my journey toward metrosexuality. Just having another person give attention to that area made me feel special.
