Spankings should always be carried out on the bare arse. All clothing should be removed and the boy made to bend over preferably infront of the whole school / class

prefects force boys to chew on a pice of soap if they are realy bad. i think we would prefure to get wacked then this. you can tast soap for days and it makes you feel like throwing up.

all i can say re Uk it's the bum that is usualy the target with me and my friends. i do not know anyone who gets it on the hands.
