Thanks for clarifying on those rules I couldn't remember. It sounds like things are progressing quite nicely. I must agree that internal bodily temperature taking is better, however I think vaginal temperature is ideal for us girls. Also ticks can absolutely be found on genitals. It even happened on that show House. Thorough checking is important. I'm glad you hear that you are starting to get used to all of this exposure, it is important that everybody knows what your $%!@ looks like, smells like, feels like. It is not a private part, it's a public part!

Hi Melissa, I am glad to hear about you seeing family naked. This is very important and healthy, and looking away is kind of mean. It suggests the body is some horrible thing. I think that rule should extend to anyone you see, never look away. I am also happy to hear about these crotchless garments and swimsuits. It really is vital for a girl's crotch to breathe. I forget but do you already have a no underwear rule? You certainly should. And also not closing the bathroom door, I forget if you already said that was a rule.

I could have sworn you already had a rule about not adjusting clothing if it exposes you. Well anyway, it sounds like things are coming along nicely. I know it's not always easy, but didn't it feel great being naked out in nature? Doesn't it just feel right? I know you will adjust and soon you will love exposure in every situation. And I also know that your friends, if they really like you, will be cool with it. I'm sure at some point in the future you will love nudity so much that they won't be able to keep clothes on you at friends' houses.

Your rules are great, melissa! I'm so happy to hear that this worked just as I knew it would. You have become more comfortable and now you will presumably spend all of your time in the house naked. I do think your rules should be modified slightly so that you must sit with your legs apart at all times, and go barefoot at least inside the house and at any other house you go to.

Oh no did one get deleted? It looks to me like the one being described is still there. Mr Allan, I am curious what you think about the importance of bare feet in conjunction with nudity. I have noticed a lot of people suggesting that footwear can be kept on in new situations and it's just fine, but I am of the feeling that bare feet might actually be the most important part of being naked, after genitals. The vulnerability, the delicateness, the connection to the earth, etc.
