When my new doctor found out I had a problem with smegma / male genital odor she recommended that my mom "keep an eye on his hygiene" which she interpreted as giving me random genital inspections. Admittedly I didn't wash very well or regularly down there, and rarely ever pulled back the skin to clean. This was a pretty embarrassing problem for me growing up. A little after I turned 14 I started having really frequent wet dreams, like a couple times a week at least. It gave me a really strong smell that kept getting worse until I figured out a way to calm them down. I have a pretty long foreskin and after a wet dream, instead of shooting all over the sheets, I was filling my tube of skin with jizz. Sleeping with it incubating in there all night I would wake up with a foreskin full of rank, stale $%!@. The first time it happened I just kind of sqeezed it out like toothpaste from a tube onto a tissue when I got out of bed, but the smell was so strong that my brother noticed, and I had to tell him what happened. I think waiting longer made the smell sink into my $%!@ even more because whenever I would skin back, I had a really strong smell for a day or two after the dream. After a few months of this the smell was constant, and around the time I turned 15, you could start to smell it through my pants even with my foreskin covering my $%!@. I figured out around that time that if I jacked multiple times a day it wouldn't have them so often (as long as I did 2-3 a day I could cut it down to once or twice a month) and that made the smell start to decrease so that it was back to lasting just a couple days and only being noticeable with my $%!@ head exposed. That was a great strategy until my mom took me to a therapist because of my "excessive sexual activity" lol.
