I think genital spanking is abuse and could also be dangerous, especially if an instrument is used to hit the genitals. I was in a home from age 10 to 12 and we boys were often spanked on our genitals by the female staff although only by hand. They would take us to a private room for punishment, make us undress and slap our genitals and bare bottoms at the same time. Sometimes this would be followed by a paddling on our bare butts.

Why do you say especially girls, it was usually boys who were afforded no privacy when I was growing up. I was in a home from age 10to12 where girls were always given privacy, especially in front of boys, we were given no privacy whatsoever. The girls had private stalls in their bathroom while us boys had open urinals and stalls with no doors. We were always supervised during showers by the female staff, some boys were as old as 13, We also had a small pool at the home where boys were made to swim naked while girls wore swimsuits, it was humiliating to say the least, The girls had the advantage and pleasure of seeing us boys naked while we didn't have the same advantage, It would have been fair if we were treated the same but it was not so. Boys were also spanked or punished by the female staff in a humiliating manner, while girls were rarely spanked at all. It is either giving no privacy to both sexes or none at all.

When i was at school from grade to middle school spankings were normal and common. Teachers could spank you anytime they liked and for any excuse. Parents also accepted this as normal since it was the same in our homes.

Cosetta, how old is your brother? I once had a girlfriend who always spanked her younger stepbrother naked. She was 17 and he was 12-13. Sometimes she spanked him in front of me when he misbehaved. She would take all his clothes off, put him on her knees and spank him either with her hand or a small leather strap. It was amusing seeing him do the spanking dance afterwards. I pitied the boy sometimes because he had the added embarassment and humiliation of being stripped and spanked in front of me, but he usually deserved it.
