Nowhere in the medical community would any such exam take place as part of just a general physical/wellness exam, and most certainly not with any sort of sedation to make the child cooperative and/or forgetful. Such exploratory procedures would only ever be used if there is an actual medical affliction that doctors are trying to diagnose, and that would only be under the full consent of the parents. Name even one naturist resort that doesn't have stalls/walls around their toilets. (Name even one naturist resort you've actually visited while you're at it.) The ones I've been to have had them, just like any other public restroom. At one resort I remember there was two sets of locker rooms. Both had a completely unisex side, including toilets with stalls, plus a gender-specific side with just toilets in stalls. Both locker rooms had unisex communal showers as well. That way, males and females both could use either locker room of their choice, but if someone wanted a toilet area that was specifically males-only or females-only, he/she could go to the corresponding locker room and use the toilets in that section. Regardless, the toilets always had stall walls around them (I can't remember if there were dividers between the urinals). I've never met any naturist who advocates pinching a loaf out in the open view of everyone else.

I've been on this site for a lot of years and have learned to distinguish between legitimate stories and sexual fantasies.
