Posted in Nylons as a Dress-code Requirement on 2007-01-17 03:13:29

According to the EEA, companies can require certain clothing and makeup of employees as long as the clothing does not cause excessive undue hardship on one sex or the other. Th law has been used to challenge women being forced to wear skirts on the job and is normally allowed by companies as long as men are required to wear a very similar uncomfortable outfit or business dress attire.

Being a women myself, I love to wear skirts and dresses so I am a little biased on this issue. However, generally speaking, any sort of nylons/stocking/pantyhose does not cause try undue hardship for women - men have to wear similar uncomfortable garments including ties, suits, and other "hot" clothing so the issue of being too hot does not hold up. In most cases, women still have much more variety and choice when it comes to clothing than men.

On the other hand, the requirement of women to wear high heels to work is definitely discrimination as men are never required to wear similar physically damaging shoes.

Each to his (or her) own of course.

I use lots of lube when engaging in pretty much any sexual activity. Whether having vaginal, $%!@ or $%!@, I always use at least a little lubcricant. Personally, I do prefer $%!@-ease, astro glide and pretty much any flavored massage oil when performing or receiving $%!@.

I really enjoyed doing this poll!

You're right! AA, A, B, C, D and F. I've never heard of E or EE either.
