I think "Skins and Skins" sports activities whether in PE, school team/club practices or recreational is a great way for guys bond with other guys, to get comfortable with their own bodies and not to get hung up with self-image issues. Guys should have the freedom to be shirtless in appropriate circumstances. Although I do not totally agree that shirtlessness in all male-only/dominated PE classes and sports practices should be mandatory, some sessions or classes where all the guys are required to have their shirts off for the activity can be used to promote and encourage male shirtlessness. No individual is isolated or "punished" per say when every guy has to have his shirt off- this may minimize bullying and teasing.
