To be nude is not immoral.
If you see a nude body or are nude and begin to have dark and twisted thoughts, your thoughts are immoral, not the nudity itself.
Having said that, if it's not a beach where nudity is commonly accepted, then with the exception of really young children it's probably best to wear some form of clothing just to keep from getting in trouble or being hassled.

Hmmmm.
In one of the really old versions of Lord of the Flies, a lot of the kids did run around naked. Not usually the main characters but a lot of the characters in the background.
