It's hot summer and my father keeps me in my school uniform. But I'm proud!

My father now requires me to wear the dress code as it is voted in the morning of the day, so this is what I have to wear now. Completely buttoned white long sleeved shirt with 3 layers of starch and 5 layers of starch on the collar, unstarched collar must be so tight it is not possible to stick a finger through it. I'm only allowed to wear dress trousers that must be tightened with belt in hole 6 (so my movement is restricted and in combination with tight collar, it ensures proper poster), they must be pulled 2cm above my waist. I have to wear woolen v-neck pullover, necktie tied using Windsor Full knot, and jacket. I may take off my jacket in my room, but I still have to wear pullover. My dress code is locked using small suitcase lock in the belt, the necktie is tied through loop on the pullover so I can't take off the pullover and loosen the tie, and the necktie knot is sprayed with starch every morning. If I misbehave or don't wear my dress code properly, I'm spanked with my belt until I cry, my internet and television is taken away. I also have to keep proper hair - it must be short (above shirt collar) and gelled down.
