Like the slogan says, just do it! I would be amazed if anyone genuinely objected to seeing you naked. They might pretend to care because it's sort of obligatory, but once they see you don't mind, they won't.

There's no need to wear anything, and it's almost always harmful to try. just let it run down your legs and wash it off every so often. when you sit, sit on a towel. It's not exactly pleasant but it's better than the alternative, and more importantly it's all out in the open so it's not a 'dirty secret'

Too often the school enforces showers but forgets the importance of the nude lineup. It's good to hear at least two of your schools remembered that. About how far apart did you stand?

Sounds normal to me. Why wouldn't boys want to look at a girl naked? And of course her development is something of interest, it's a beautiful part of life. You might as well have said "try to imagine some people with caterpillars in a terrarium watching them coccoon up and then become butterflies" and called that sick.
