My story is similar. I was driving in the car home, and I got stuck in traffic. I had to pee really bad, and I tried to hold it in. I held out for like five seconds because I have a very small bladder. I tried to hold my vagina with my hands, but It was not working out. It got very stingy and numb there, so I crossed my legs . I couldn't control it, so I felt it get warm by my panties and the part of my jeans where my private is. I looked down and it was all wet I tried holding it more bc it was wet only by my private, but I coulnt it sprayed down my jeans in two straight lines everywhere. I screamed to my mom bc I only hav a mom and I'm a only child and she drove straight home bc the traffic jam was up. I cleaned up at home and now I learned to squat behind a bush on the side of the road to pee and on a hiking trip, just go behind a tree and squat. This accident happened 2 days ago

Yeah, I pee sitting down or squatting, I am not a favorite of the whole male standing thing! They don't even wipe! Their boxers are probably wet!
