Back zip clothing, Yes/No, Why?

I've created a new poll about incidents where the wearer is stuck in his/her clothing. Its subject is close enough to this forum that I'm spamming it here: stuck in clothing.
(It's not yet approved, but I expect that in a few days it will be accessible to all.) Especially Myself30's story about her satin sleeper would fit the poll very well.
Two other polls I've created are about overalls, and mention back zippers too: what overalls do you own? and describe your dream overalls.

I really like shortalls, overalls etc. These rompers that the author describes sound nice as well. I'd really love to see pictures of them, preferably being worn.
