You can describe here in your own words how your favorite overalls would look like.
Wow; that seems you were quite safe in that. The sleeper was for warmth? You surely needed help to get out of that. Did you have that readily available or did you need to rely on the goodwill of strangers?
I'd like you to mail me: it's my username, and then 'at' XS4ALL 'dot' NL.
Let's see if we can get some more life in this thread again: @ everybody: got any new back zip clothing recently? Currently there's loads of jumpsuits en rompers with back zips available; why not get a festive one for the holidays? (For example www.asos.com, in the womens jumpsuit section it seems like at least half of them are back zip!)
@Kate: are you still unable to open back zippers? It sounds like that might be one part of your injury that you don't mind too much ;-) Your partner helps you zip up I guess. Is he aware of your feelings about it?
@myself30: Any more occasions where you were locked in the satin sleeper? Your parents might like the idea of keeping you safe/chaste?
@bfpro: so your sister can't get out of them herself, either. How did she react to wearing it? And have you zipped her up too (revenge!)? You mentioned that your mother has used the padlock too; are you always locked now in the reindeer sleeper if you (have to) wear it? Did you try to persuade them it wasn't necessary to lock you (since they might misplace the key)?
Myself30 asked where one could get snowsuits, with mittens and such. One place you could get them is at Privatina. It is a German store that caters mostly to age play enthusiasts, but I'm sure the clothing will fit without a diaper, too ;-) They are not cheap, but from what I've read it is good quality.

They also have 46 different sleepers, with front- and back zip, zip between the legs, buttons on the shoulders, mittens, etc.
