Ramadan is not like the others in that it moves around the calendar (it was in September this year) so it can't be considered a "winter" or "new year" holiday. It also isn't so much a holiday to be celebrated, so much as a fast period and holy month.
Tet generally falls on the same day as the Chinese New Year, but I could add it as a separate entry.

The stamp is a tax, so your taxes do pay for mail. It seems fair to me that people who send more mail should have to pay more for it.
Cheney is not cool enough to be a Sith Lord. He's got all kinds of medical heart problems, but no menacing black life-support suit. If you say Cheney is a Sith Lord, you insult the real(?) Sith.
