I agree totally. Ive done a bit of research and what I found was shocking

• very few rapes lead to pregnancy
• less than 1 in 200 abortions are linked to rape
• in the only study ever done on this, the majority of women who were pregnant through rape did not have an abortion - they kept their baby

So being raped does'nt seem to be a big factor. I suspect its often raised by people who really want to see abortion free for all.

I agree with this. I think it is so selfish for mothers to prioritise their career over their children

it is a difficult question Manuela, really hard and diffuclt but I thought your reply was lovely.

Someone (detroit_girl I think) challenged me on what I would do if my daughters got pregnant through rape. It is a horrible thought, i cant think of anything worse actually. And society doesn't punish rapists anything like severe enough

Julia is only 14, and that is too young to give birth, so what I do? allow her to have an abortion I suppose, and for the rest of my life I would be praying for forgiveness from the Lord for what I had done, allowing the murder of an innocent baby.

Karolina is 17, so the decision ts not so difficult. She would definitely carry the baby to term

Please Lord don't let any of this happen though

Maybe you help CJ with her spanking worries, it seems she needs to get over it to manage Tommy properly.

What would happen if, the next time you need to spank him, you ask CJ to do it for you, under your instruction and supervision? would that help her? It seems important for Tommy to understand the CJ may spank him if necessary.

i didn't want to put Julia in charge because it would be too complicated. She would need to put Karolina to bed first, so either Karolina goes to bed extra early or Julia stays up extra late. Julia would have to prepare both hot water bottles too. and possibly keep Karolina under control if she was difficult.

At the moment Sarah puts them both to bed at the same time. As they sleep in the same bed that is easier for her. And honestly I think it is nice.

A friend on here said this was unfair on Karolina because she has the same (earlier) bedtime as Julia if Sarah is in charge - what do you think?

Also, I don't want to hurt their relationship. I think it would because it would show even more that I regard Julia as the more mature and grown up of the two. You-re lucky it worked for you - i'm glad. But it meant that having Sarah in charge of both of them seems the ideal solution.

Im going to talk to Sarah tomorrow about how to spank Karolina if she is rebellious
