While it should always be the girl's choice whether to wear diapers, it can be convenient sometimes. For example it can be awkward and difficult for a girl to 'manipulate' her wedding dress (or some styles of party frock) so she can sit on the toilet to pee - especially in a narrow (or even normal sized) stall rather than a home bathroom. Or it might be a situation where she has to go a long time with no opportunity for a bathroom break. In these situations wearing a diaper would be convenient.

I have to wear diapers to church, because the services are long and we aren't allowed out, and sometimes if we go out and there may not be a clean toilet available.

I had to wear diapers for my aunt and uncles wedding last summer. I had to wear it under my dress. So did my little brothers too, they had them on as well. I still have some small day time accidents but my mom made me wear a diaper all day for it. I am 13 now but was 12 when the wedding was.
